1. Introduction

These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) apply to all services provided by JahanBuilders (“we”, “our”, “us”) to the customer (“you”, “your”).
By booking our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

2. Services Provided

We offer building, decorating, and related services for a variety of property types, including:

  • Residential homes

  • Commercial premises (shops, restaurants, bars, and clubs)

  • Hotels and other hospitality venues

3. Quotes & Payments

  • 3.1 All quotes are valid for 7 days unless otherwise stated.

  • 3.2 A deposit may be required depending on the size and scope of the job.

  • 3.3 Full payment is due upon completion of the agreed work, once you are satisfied.

  • 3.4 Payment methods accepted:

    • Bank transfer

    • Chip-and-pin card payment

    • Secure payment link

4. Cancellations & Rearrangements

  • 4.1 Cancellations or rearrangements require at least 48 hours’ notice.

  • 4.2 We do not charge a cancellation fee, but we ask that you inform us as early as possible.

5. Customer Satisfaction Guarantee

  • 5.1 If you are not satisfied with the completed work, notify us within 7 days of completion.

  • 5.2 At our discretion, we will either:

    • Redo the job at no additional cost, or

    • Provide a full refund.

  • 5.3 This guarantee does not cover:

    • Damage caused after completion by third parties

    • Issues resulting from misuse, neglect, or lack of maintenance

6. Access & Site Conditions

  • 6.1 You must ensure safe and reasonable access to the property.

  • 6.2 Delays caused by restricted access, unsafe conditions, or missing materials (provided by you) may result in additional charges.

7. Liability

  • 7.1 We are not liable for indirect losses, loss of profits, or consequential damages.

  • 7.2 Our total liability is limited to the total amount paid for the services in question.

  • 7.3 We hold public liability insurance for all work carried out.

8. Materials & Workmanship

  • 8.1 Unless otherwise agreed, we will supply all necessary materials.

  • 8.2 All work is carried out with reasonable skill and care, in accordance with industry standards.

9. Force Majeure

We are not responsible for delays or failure to perform our obligations due to events beyond our control, including (but not limited to): extreme weather, illness, accidents, or supplier issues.

10. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of England & Wales.
